What our systems look like
Neat pipe runs, correctly sized fans, and finished work that does not look like an afterthought. Here is what a professional installation includes, inside and out.

Exterior
A single, straight, well-supported pipe run up the outside wall, painted to match where it can be, discharging well above the roofline and away from windows. The fan sits where it is accessible for service and quiet from inside.
Suction point
A cored hole through the slab, a pocket of soil removed beneath it, and a permanently sealed connection so the vacuum is not lost to leaks.
Interior routing
Where the layout allows, the pipe is hidden in a garage, closet, or chase so no finished room loses a corner to equipment.
Crawl spaces
A seam-taped vapor barrier over the soil, tied into the foundation walls and pierced by the suction point — which also keeps the crawl drier.
Sump and drains
Sealed sump baskets with a clear inspection window, and sealed floor drains, so suction reaches the footing drain instead of pulling room air.
System monitor
An easy-read gauge on the pipe, plus an optional audible alarm, so you can see at a glance that the fan is doing its job.
