Radon mitigation in Westminster, Colorado

Local radon, local installers

Westminster sits between Denver and Boulder, two of the highest-radon areas in the country, so testing is a sensible first step for most homes here.

We are based in Denver and work Westminster every week — for homeowners who tested high, for buyers who need a system before closing, and for families whose fan finally wore out after fifteen years of quiet service.

What we do in Westminster

• Radon testing, including certified 48-hour tests for real estate
• Sub-slab, crawl space, and block-wall mitigation systems
• Sealing sumps, drains, and slab penetrations
• Fan replacement, re-sealing, and service on existing systems
• Post-installation verification testing

How it works

Call or send the form with your address and any test result you have. We ask a few questions about the foundation, give you a fixed price in writing, and schedule a day — most installations are finished in one day. Colorado permits vary by jurisdiction, and we handle the permit and inspection for Westminster as part of the job.

If you are closing on a house in Westminster and the inspection turned up an elevated reading, tell us the date. We build the schedule backwards from it.
