Estimates and pricing
Prices quoted in writing are valid for the scope and time period stated in the quote. A quote is based on the information available at the time — including the foundation type, accessibility, and condition of the property. If conditions materially differ from what we were told or observed, we will discuss any change with you before doing the work. No work is performed beyond an approved quote without your agreement.
Scheduling and access
Installation dates are confirmed in advance. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including the areas where equipment will be installed, and to secure pets during the visit. If our crew cannot access the property on a scheduled date, a return visit may be necessary.
Permits and inspections
Where a jurisdiction requires a permit for radon mitigation, we obtain it as part of the project and coordinate the required inspection. Permit fees are included in the quoted price unless stated otherwise in writing.
Results and verification
Radon systems are designed to reduce indoor radon concentrations, and we verify our installations with a post-installation test. Radon levels vary with weather, season, and how a home is used, so no specific concentration can be guaranteed. If a post-installation result is not satisfactory, we will inspect and adjust the system at no additional charge.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted as described in your written agreement, and fan manufacturers' warranties apply to the equipment. The warranty does not cover damage from tampering, modification by others, power interruption, or neglect of the system.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this website or from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
